Sony has announced Alpha 7s II the worthy successor to Alpha 7s with 4k video recording at 30fps and improved low-light performance with ISO upto 409,600 all in a mirrorless Full-Frame Body. This move into improving low-light and High resolution video will definitely bring new customers to Sony.

The live images of Nexus 5 2015 has been leaked by the popular youtuber, MKBHD. The smartphone is supposedly made by LG and is set to feature a 5.2-inch display,USB Type-C along with Android Marshmallow (6.0).  It will also feature a fingerprint sensor on the back. It will also feature Dual-LED flash and Laser Auto Focus, most probably, all the camera tech are same as LG G4, So the rear camera sensor could be Sony Exmor IMX234 with 16MP on a 1/2.6 - inch sensor.
Like that the processor could be Snapdragon 808.

Samsung Galaxy A8 to feature a new thin 16-megapixel camera sensor

The Galaxy A8 has not been officially announced yet by Samsung, but has already been leaked in a video, showing off all its hardware and software specifications in detail. At a thickness of just 5.4 mm, the Galaxy A8 would be Samsung thinnest smartphone ever, but the sensor used in Galaxy S6 and Note 4 is about 6.5 mm thick so there have to be some changes associated with the new device.

Xiaomi Mi 4 gets price-cut in India

Xiaomi has announced that it is reducing the price of the 64GB Mi 4 smartphone in the Indian market. The phone is now available at just INR 19,999, down from INR 21,999, at Flipkart.com in White colour. This is the second price-cut for the 64GB version, which was originally launched at INR 23,999 in February this year and received the first price-cut in April.

There is no word on whether Xiaomi plans to reduce the price of the 16GB version as well in the coming days. The variant currently retails at INR 17,999.

To remind you, Xiaomi Mi 4 features a 5-inch full HD display, Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor, Android 4.4.4 with MIUI 6, and 3GB of RAM. It also comes with 64GB of internal storage, 3G support, 13MP rear camera and 8MP front shooter.

Sony Xperia Z3+ quietly launched globally

The Sony Xperia Z3+ just became official without any major fuss. The global version of the already released Japanese Xperia Z4 changes nothing but the name and is the same incremental upgrade over the Xperia Z3.

There are several upgrades to note in terms of hardware, and the Snapdragon 810 chipset is one, replacing the S801 in the previous model. The 16GB internal storage option is ditched and the Z3+ will now come with 32GB of built-in storage, while RAM remains at 3GB.
The new device packs the same 5.2-inch 1080p TRILUMINOUS display and measures 146 x 72 x 6.9 mm, slightly slimmer than the 146 x 72 x 7.3 mm of the Xperia Z3, but otherwise identical. Those fractions of a millimeter, however, have resulted in a downgrade in battery capacity - 2,930mAh, compared to the 3,100mAh of the previous gen. Sony still promises 2-day battery life, though.

Design has been given a few tweaks, the most welcome one being the flapless microUSB. The headline IP65/IP68 certification has been retained though. The front speakers have been moved to the edges of the front panel, in a throwback to the Xperia Z2.
Not much has been changed in the camera department in terms of hardware and the primary unit has the same 20.7MP Sony Exmor sensor, sitting behind a 25mm-equivalent f2.0 lens. The front camera is upgraded to 5MP though, again with a wide-angle 25mm glass.
Pricing of the Sony Xperia Z3+ remains to be detailed, but Sony confirmed it will be released in June. A more flexible dual-SIM model will also be available at some point.

Alleged live photos of Sony Lavender front panel leak out

Alleged live photos showcasing the front panel of the upcoming Sony Lavender mid-range smartphone made the rounds online. The handset is expected to make its official debut at some point next month.

The latest images fall in line with a leaked render of the device from last week. They are said to be taken from a production unit and confirm Sony Lavender’s bezel-less display setup.

The specs of Sony Lavender were rumored previously which include MediaTek MT6752 chipset with 1.7GHz octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU, 2GB of RAM, 13MP Sony IMX214 sensor, 1080p display, and Android Lollipop. A 5MP front-facing camera with LED flash will grace the front of the device.

Xiaomi Mi 4i update aims to fixing overheating problems

The Xiaomi Mi 4i, which was made official last month, has received an update aimed at fixing overheating issues. Sized at 804MB, the update (V6.5.4.0 LXIMICD) optimizes thermal control algorithms to fix the problem, the company claims.

"We’ve heard from some Mi 4i users that their devices can get warm under strenuous conditions such as complex 3D gaming and benchmarking apps," said Jai Mani, product manager, Xiaomi. "To address these concerns, we’ve optimized our thermal control algorithms to better regulate the temperature. The new thermal controls adjust frequency, voltage and the number of cores in use depending on the chipset temperature."

Powered by a Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 SoC with a quad-core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and Adreno 405 GPU, the device is currently available for purchase in India, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia at a price of about 207$ (INR 12,999).

ZTE Nubia Z9 is official with bezelless display
