The Smartband 2 doesn't have a display like the predecessor, but vibrates or LED blinks when a call or notification comes to the mobile. Sony claims that the smartband will last 2 days when you charge for 1 hour.
The smartband is also waterproof upto 10 feet and dust proof with IP68 certification. The smartband also comes with Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC. NFC is really good for a wearable as one can just tap their NFC enabled mobile on the wearable to connect to it.
