Vivo V1 and V1 Max announced in India




Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has announced a couple of brand new devices for the Indian market today. They are the Vivo V1 and the V1 Max. Vivo V1 and Vivo V1 Max will be priced between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 and will hit stores later this month.

The Vivo V1 features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display, is powered by a 64 bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor coupled with Adreno 306 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The 16 GB internal storage is expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB).

It packs a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 megapixel wide-angle front facing camera with 6P lens and F2.0 aperture. The handset is backed by a 2300mAh battery. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with company’s FunTouch UI skinned on top.

The Vivo V1 supports dual-SIM and 4G LTE connectivity. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and GPS/ A-GPS.

Vivo didn’t provide any details of the V1 Max, but said it will also launch soon.
