Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi on Thursday unveiled the new Mi 4i smartphone at a press event in New Delhi. According to the company, the new phone has been built keeping the Indian consumers in mind and is actually designed in india. It is also the first smartphone from the company to run on Android 5.0 with MIUI 6.
It sports a 5-inch full HD IPS display with a poly-carbonate unibody design and will be released in five colour options. The phone is powered by 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core 64-bit processor and packs 3120 mAh battery.
On the imaging front, Xiaomi has included a 13MP f2.0 rear camera on the phone with dual-tone LED flash and a 5MP f1.8 front shooter. In addition, the Mi 4i packs 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, dual-SIM support and 4G LTE connectivity.
