The 2nd generation Chromecast has been leaked. The first one was widely successful streaming device. The new one is said to feature improved WiFi, feeds on the main screen and a Fast Play option.This leak was reported by 9to5Google
The improved WiFi seems to be WiFi ac from the original WiFi b/g/n. The device seems to have a rounded shape unlike the dongle like shape of the original one. The fast play option will also allow the device to stream the content much faster without the hassle of going through the Cast menu.
Along with the 2nd gen Chromecast, an audio streaming dongle has also been leaked. Reportedly, it will allow devices to directly stream audio to speakers or headphones.
