LG officially announces the Optimus F5 and Optimus F7, with 4G LTE capabilities and running on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean

The images of the LG Optmius F5 and the Optimus F7 that leaked online last week and now LG has officially announced both the phones. Both 4G LTE capable phones will be launched at the upcoming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.


The Optimus F7 sports a 4.7-inch True HD IPS (312ppi) display and is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor and 2GB RAM. The phone will feature an 8-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front camera, a 2,540mAH battery and has 8GB internal memory with a microSD slot for cards up to 32GB.


The Optimus F5 on the other hand sports a 4.3-inch IPS (256ppi) display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and 1GB RAM. The F5 will feature a 5-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front camera, a 2,150mAH battery and has 8GB internal memory with a microSD slot for cards up to 32GB.


On the software front both the phones will run on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and will have features like QSlide, Live Zooming, QuickMemo, QTranslator and Video Wiz among others.
